DiviVault refund policy

DiviVault offers a 14-day refund on a paid membership, with the terms below.

The 14-day window

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
The refund is voided once you copy a premium section, because copying delivers the paid content.

Faulty-section carve-out

If a section you copied is broken, it will be fixed or refunded regardless of the 14-day window. A faulty piece is always covered.

Try before you buy

The free plan is the try-before-you-buy path. You can use the free cloud library and browse the premium library before deciding to upgrade.

EU buyers

EU customers are asked to agree to immediate access at checkout, which acknowledges the standard withdrawal right. The faulty-section coverage still applies.
